Haramain Recordings (Tasjeelat Haramain) has announced the completion of its full acquisition of Haramain.com in a deal valued at $32 million.
The acquisition was completed in phases over the past three to five years and brings together two organizations focused on serving pilgrims and the global Muslim community.
Founded in 2006, Haramain.com has grown from a single website into a wider ecosystem of services connected to the Two Holy Mosques. Its spiritual content platform has recorded more than one billion cumulative views, while its services reach pilgrims, families and communities in more than 180 countries.
The acquisition covers several services, including Haramain Gifts, Haramain Qurbani, Haramain Umrah, Haramain Travels, Haramain Assist, Haramain Consultation and Haramain Homes.
The organizations said the combination will expand their global reach, strengthen their existing services and create new opportunities to support Muslims travelling to, and spiritually connected with, Makkah and Madinah.
Luqman, CEO of Haramain.com, said the organization’s mission since its establishment in 2006 has been to serve the guests of Allah and Muslims around the world who long to be connected to the Haramain.
All Haramain.com services, websites, bookings, orders and customer support channels will continue operating without interruption. Customers are not required to take any action, and the existing leadership team will continue to oversee the company’s day-to-day operations.
