SPIRITUAL DIGEST: RAMADAN DAY 13, WE BELIEVE, SO FORGIVE US

As we enter the 13th day of Ramadan, we are reminded that faith is not just words — it is humility before Allah and constant seeking of His mercy.

Allah tells us about the believers who say:

RABBANĀ INNANĀ ĀMANNĀ FAGHFIR LANĀ DHUNŪBANĀ WA QINĀ ʿADHĀBAN-NĀR

(Surah Aal-Imran 3:16)

“Our Lord, indeed we have believed, so forgive us our sins and protect us from the punishment of the Fire.”

This du’a carries three powerful lessons:

• They affirm their belief first.

• They admit their shortcomings.

• They ask for protection from the Fire.

Ramadan is not about perfection  it is about returning to Allah sincerely.

Today, don’t just fast from food.

Fast from pride.

Fast from arrogance.

Fast from sin.

May Allah forgive us, accept our deeds, and make us among those saved from the Fire. Ameen.
