VIDEO: HARAM SECURITY FORCES CONFIRM ATTEMPTED SUICIDE IN THE GRAND MOSQUE, MAKKAH

The Special Security Force responsible for the security of the Grand Mosque has confirmed that an incident occurred in the vicinity of the holy site involving an individual who attempted to harm himself.

According to the statement, a security officer sustained an injury while intervening to prevent the individual from falling during the incident. Both the individual involved and the injured officer were immediately transferred to medical facilities to receive the necessary care.

The authorities stated that all required official and legal procedures have been completed, adding that security personnel remain committed to ensuring the safety of worshippers and visitors within and around the Grand Mosque.
