After leaving the house to purse our daily activities, we left the house unto no one but the most mighty and powers who can protect all things.
No one can safeguard our house in our absence, which surmounts to us giving praise all the time to the creator that gave us the shelter.
The best of mankind has prescribed the supplication below to be said when entering our houses.
When Entering the House
بِسْـمِ اللهِ وَلَجْنـا، وَبِسْـمِ اللهِ خَـرَجْنـا، وَعَلـى رَبِّنـا تَوَكّلْـنا
Transliteration – “ Bismillaahi walajnaa, wa bismillaahi kharajnaa, wa ‘alaaRabblnaa tawakkalnaa
In the name of Allah we enter and in the name of Allah we leave, and upon our Lord we place our trust.
Leaving our houses in a good condition and coming back to it in the same condition is a favour we need to be grateful for always. It is best done by trusting Allah and leaving all out affairs unto his Hand.
