ASK YOURSELF…
If you want people to encourage you, do you encourage others?
If you want people to forgive your mistakes, do you forgive theirs?
If you want people to celebrate your success, can you celebrate theirs?
If you don’t want to be bullied, why bully someone else?
If you don’t want people to expose your mistakes, why expose theirs?
Islam teaches us to develop a heart that wants good for others.
JEALOUSY CAN STEAL YOUR PEACE
Sometimes you see someone getting what you prayed for and instead of saying, “Alhamdulillah for them,” your heart becomes uncomfortable.
Remember: Allah’s blessings are not limited.
Someone else’s success does not mean Allah has forgotten you.
Their beauty does not reduce yours.
Their achievement does not cancel yours.
Their opportunity does not mean yours will never come.
Instead of allowing jealousy to consume you, make dua for them and ask Allah for your own blessings.
BE THE FRIEND YOU WISH TO HAVE
Be the person who celebrates others.
Be the person who encourages someone who is struggling.
Be the person who shares knowledge.
Be the person who checks on the quiet person.
Be the person who refuses to join bullying.
Be the person who wants good for others even when nobody is watching.
Dear young Muslim, your heart is also part of your worship.
Don’t just work on your appearance.
Work on your character.
Because true faith is not only about what you say with your tongue—it is also reflected in how you treat the people around you.
Want good for others, and ask Allah to make your heart clean, generous and sincere.
HEART CHECK
Enviness eat up the little reward you have, so when you are happy for your brother, it same as wishing yourself same thing. It doesn’t cost to do good but costly to do bad.
