WHAT PAIN ARE YOU CARRYING?
Some pain is visible.
Other pain is hidden.
You can smile at people while carrying something heavy inside.
Maybe you were disappointed by someone you trusted.
Maybe you lost something important.
Maybe your family situation is difficult.
Maybe you are worried about your future.
Maybe you are tired of waiting for a dua to be answered.
Maybe you have been pretending to be strong for so long that you don’t even know how to say, “I’m struggling.”
ALLAH KNOWS
You may not know how to explain your pain to another person.
But you don’t have to explain it to Allah.
He already knows.
Allah says:
> “And We certainly know that your breast is constrained by what they say.”
> (Qur’an 15:97)
Allah knows what weighs on your heart.
He knows the tears nobody sees.
He knows the prayers you repeat.
He knows the things you cannot put into words.
DON’T CARRY IT WITHOUT ALLAH
Sometimes we carry pain as though we are required to solve everything ourselves.
But Allah never asked you to carry your burdens without turning to Him.
Make dua.
Cry if you need to.
Speak to Allah.
Seek support from trustworthy people when necessary.
And keep reminding yourself:
This moment is not the whole story.
Your pain is part of your life, but it does not have to become your identity.
Allah can bring ease after hardship in ways you cannot currently imagine.
YOUR HEART CHECK
Take a moment today.
Be honest with yourself.
What pain am I carrying?
Then ask: Have I truly handed it over to Allah?
You may not receive an immediate answer.
You may not understand everything.
But you can still place your trust in Allah while taking the steps available to you.
HEART CHECK
What is one pain you need to take to Allah today instead of carrying it alone?
