THE MAN WHO SOLD HIS CAR TO TAKE HIS MOTHER TO UMRAH

He lost his comfort, but gained a kind of peace money could never buy.

He once dreamed of upgrading his car something sleek, something modern. But when his mother’s health began to fade and her longing for Umrah grew stronger, he made a decision that stunned everyone around him.

He sold his car.

Friends called him impulsive. Some said, “You can always take her later.” But he didn’t want “later.” He wanted now before regret ever had a chance to arrive.

So he took her wheeling her through the sacred streets of Makkah, watching her raise trembling hands in du’a before the Ka’bah. And that moment  her tears, her smile, her whispered “Alhamdulillah”  became the richest thing he ever owned.

When they returned home, he walked instead of drove. But every step reminded him of one thing: what he gave up in dunya, Allah replaced with peace in his heart.

Because serving your parents is never a loss  it’s a transaction written in Jannah.
