5 THINGS TO DO DURING THE LAST FEW DAYS OF RAMADAN

Ramadan is a month of earning multiple blessings and countless rewards.

Thus, it is important to end this Holy Month in a better state than when we started!

Therefore, during the final ashra of Ramadan, we might incorporate the following five little deeds into our routine to have a lasting effect:

Donate / Feed a Needy person

Donating a small chunk to charitable organizations and/or feeding a needy person or more every day can be highly rewarding.

Thanks to technology and social media, it is now easier than ever to donate or reach out to people where your charity will be the most useful.

Make As Many Duas As Possible

The last ten days of Ramadan are for seeking refuge from Shaytan. We should make the best of them by making several duas, doing Istighfar, and asking Allah (SWT) for His guidance.

Smile More

Smiling is also a form of charity. Spending hours without water and food during fasting means your mood is bound to take some noticeable shifts. However, a little smile and act of patience from your side can certainly help make someone’s day better.

Pay Zakat al-Fitr

Zakat al-Fitr, or the Zakat of breaking the fast of Ramadan, is an obligatory form of charity paid by all Muslims at the end of this blessed month. Indeed, there are countless blessings for those who give their share to those in need.

Make Realistic Post-Ramadan Resolutions

Lastly, the end of Ramadan is the perfect opportunity for Muslims to make realistic post-Ramadan goals. These could be donating to an organization every month, paying for a child’s educational expenses, or even continuing to eat healthily.

The aforementioned few steps will help you set the course in the right direction as you continue to reap the rewards for your good deeds, patience, and kindness beyond the month of Ramadan.
