2025 UTME: ‘YOUR INTEGRITY IS INTACT’, MURIC TELLS JAMB BOSS AFTER ADMITTING ERRORS

The Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) has expressed confidence in the integrity of the Registrar of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), affirming that his reputation remains untarnished despite the actions of fifth columnists who disrupted the recent JAMB examination by causing technical issues.

The organization has also retracted an earlier statement it released on Wednesday, 14th May 2025.

In a statement issued later that same day, MURIC’s Executive Director, Professor Ishaq Akintola, extended the group’s sympathy to the parents and candidates affected by the examination glitches.

It is worth noting that MURIC had initially cast doubt on the complaints made by those impacted by the exam issues.

However, JAMB Registrar Professor Ishaq Oloyede subsequently acknowledged the errors and assured that affected candidates would be given another opportunity to sit for the exam.

“Despair not,” MURIC told the JAMB boss, “you are still numero uno among the few saints in this country. Your white garment remains untainted. The evil doers have failed”. The statement concluded.
