A simple step-by-step guide for pilgrims:
- Download the Nusuk App from the Play Store or App Store.
- Select “Continue as Guest.”
- Choose “I don’t want to share my location.”
- Tap “Rawdah Permit.”
- Select “Create Account.”
- Choose “International Visitor.”
- Enter your passport and visa details.
- Select “Gregorian” for your date of birth.
- Create your password.
- Tap “Create Account.”
- Add your phone number.
- Enter your email to receive a verification code.
- Input the verification code sent to your email.
- Log in again using your details.
- Select “Rawdah Permit.”
- Choose “Rawdah Permit for Male/Female.”
- Pick your preferred date and time.
- Confirm your personal details are correct.
- Accept the terms and conditions.
- Tap “Confirm” to issue your permit.
- Wait for your permit and QR code to load.
- Screenshot or save the permit.
- Double-check the date and time on it.
- Arrive at Masjid An-Nabawi 30–40 minutes before your slot.
- Head to the correct Rawdah entrance based on your gender.
- Present your QR permit and passport at the gate.
- Follow the staff instructions to the waiting area.
- Perform your salah and make dua inside the Rawdah during your slot.
- Exit through the designated exit when guided to leave.
