NAHCON CALLS FOR NIGERIANS TO SUBMIT COMPLAINTS, COMMENTS AND SUGGESTIONS ON 2025 HAJJ
In line with its statutory mandate to regulate, supervise, and oversee organizations and bodies involved in the coordination and movement of pilgrims for Hajj and Umrah, the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) hereby invites the general public to submit complaints, comments, or suggestions regarding services rendered during the 2025 Hajj and Umrah operations.
This initiative is part of the Commission’s ongoing review process of the 2025 Hajj and Umrah activities and is aimed at improving service delivery for future pilgrimages.
Pilgrims who participated in or intended to participate in the 2025 Hajj or Umrah and who have complaints or feedback about any individual or organization—including Tour Operators, State Muslim Pilgrims’ Welfare Boards/Agencies/Commissions, Airlines, Cargo Companies, Caterers, or Accommodation Service Providers—are encouraged to submit their concerns for appropriate action.
These inputs will help guide NAHCON’s decisions regarding the renewal or revocation of licenses for service providers and will contribute significantly to the enhancement of monitoring, regulation, and supervision of Hajj and Umrah operations.
The Commission also welcomes constructive suggestions and innovative ideas from stakeholders and the general public on how to improve the overall experience and administration of Hajj and Umrah in Nigeria.
