SAUDI-ARABIA AUTHORITIES ISSUE ULTIMATUM TO UMRAH VISA HOLDERS

Authorities of the Saudi-Arabia Ministry of Hajj and Umrah (MOHU), on Monday night gave an ultimatum to holders of the Lesser Hajj (Umrah) Visas.

In a statement, MOHU said “The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has set 15 Shawwal 1446 AH (corresponding to 13 April 2025) as the last date for Umrah pilgrims to enter the Kingdom, as part of preparations for the Hajj season.

“It has also set 1 Dhul Qa’dah 1446 AH (corresponding to 29 April 2025) as the final deadline for Umrah pilgrims to depart.

“The Ministry emphasizes that staying beyond this date will be considered a violation and will subject individuals to legal penalties.”
